-Standard turn around time for ALL custom orders is 10 days from the accepted invoice date.

-All orders needed within 10 days or fewer are charged at a 50% markup.

-ALL custom orders come with FREE mock ups & estimates. Mock-ups are allowed to be reviewed and changed as many times as neccessary. All estimates break down every cost and detail of your order.

-Once the mock ups & estimates are verified and accepted by the client, an official invoice will be emailed. Once the invoice has been accepted by the client, our team will have your order printed and ready for pickup/shipment within 10 days!

For crisp and clear detail, ALL artwork & designs must be sent over as: png, pdf, svg, jpg, AI or PSD files.
