I hereby acknowledge that by paying any invoice, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Brand One LLC.


Screen Printing Minimums:

Unless stated otherwise, our order minimum is 15 pieces for custom printing or 72 pieces for contract printing.


Turnaround Time:

Standard turnaround time for pickup on local orders is between 10-14 business days, from the completion of the paid invoice. All customers expecting an order to be shipped (or any order exceeding 1,500 pcs.), can expect shipment or completion of the order within 2-4 weeks of the accepted invoice date.


Please note, rush orders are available for any orders needed within a shorter period of time.


Drop Dead Dates:

At Brand One, we are aware that many orders placed are time sensitive or event driven. It is our goal to have every order in our clients’ hands as soon as possible and every effort will be made to ensure that all orders are completed by the due date. However, we cannot commit to a drop-dead date and instead commit to a completion window, unless a customer is requesting a rush order OR the order has been placed within 3-4 weeks of the drop dead date.



These holidays are non working days for us, so please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush orders:

  • New Years Eve & Day

  • Good Friday

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after

  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day


Rush Orders:

We understand that there are occasions when an order is needed within less than 5-10 business days and we look forward to fulfilling these requests. However if an order is being shipped, the rush order only applies to our production time. The amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you cannot be guaranteed by Brand One. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will accommodate all rush orders.


Out of Stock Items:

On occasion, our vendors may run out of a particular style and/or color between the time an order is paid, and when the garments are ordered. If this occurs, then we will provide the customer with a variety of product substitutes that fit within the price paid for the original garment. Substituted styles are determined by Brand One.



All estimates expire within 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted information. Prices may be revised at the time of the invoice to accurately reflect the submitted information.


Artwork and Preparatory Materials:

Print ready design files must be uploaded or emailed according to the specifications on our website (.svg, .pdf, .ai, or .psd). If further artwork is required, additional artwork and time will be billed at our current rate ($45/hour). Artwork must be submitted with your corresponding purchase order. All artwork files should be named in correlation with the job and print location. Brand One will print art files exactly as they are received. We assume that all images have been sized for final print dimensions.


Per our agreement, Brand One will provide all customers with a free digital mock up of your design(s) on the desired garment(s) in a .pdf format. Approval of the mockups are required regardless of how detailed the client provided mock ups may be. Brand One will not be held responsible for any misspellings, grammatical errors, or any design flaw.


Graphic Design Services:

Whether you have your designs ready to be printed or need to work with a graphic designer to develop the artwork for your next project, our team has you covered. Our team of talented graphic designers start at $45/hour, and customers are billed in half hour increments. Before any graphics are designed, the client and our designer will lay out exactly what work is to be completed, and how the end product is envisioned.


Please note that there is a great deal of “behind the scenes” work while graphic designing, although it may not be evident until the printing process. This includes color separations and redrawing certain elements to make a design printable. These things must be considered when the designer gives an estimate for how long a project will take.


Once the estimate for the graphic design work has been approved by the client(s), and the terms are agreed upon, then the designer will begin creating. Our graphics team can only do the work that you ask for, so please be precise about the end vision that you have in mind. Once the first set of designs have been created, please clearly state what you like, and what needs to be changed (and how you might suggest). With each project, the client will be allowed two free revisions. Any additional revision is subject to a $50 charge per additional request. 


Best Print Method:

Unless specified otherwise, our team will always choose what we think is the best print method for your job. We offer a wide variety of decorating methods from screen printing, to direct to garment and embroidery. 


Providing Garments:

It is important to note that when a customer provides their own garments for us to print, that Brand One is not liable for the way any garment reacts to the ink being printed and cured on the garments; especially with vintage garments of various colors and styles.


Manufacturer Defects:

Brand One is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor (mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc). All items are counted in bulk (dozens, or however the garments are packaged by the manufacturer). Due to this, we cannot inspect each garment or count them individually, when ordered in bulk. Manufacturer and distributor defect or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received. Therefore, it is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size. All additional garments will be included in the print run and will be billed for what is printed.


Proofs and Samples:

Brand One does not offer one-off samples. Our print minimum is 15 pieces as stated above. However, prior to printing ANY order Brand One will pre-print your design onto a sample garment and contact you to ensure everything looks correct, before moving forward.

Color Matching:

Customers can choose any pantone color for their custom order. If a specific pantone color is not provided then Brand One will color match the ink as closely as possible to the digital mock up, or design presented. Please note, pantone colors or color matching on textiles is not exact or guaranteed, although we typically are able to print colors very closely, if not perfectly. There may be a reasonable variation in color due to a number of factors. This includes colors on a mock up not being completely representative of the actual printed ink color due to the variations of monitors and/or printers. Using current Pantone colors is the best way to accurately communicate color preferences.


Dye Lots:

Due to market conditions and manufacturer variances beyond our control, Brand One cannot guarantee consistency of dye colors throughout an individual order or from one order to another.


Overruns and Underruns:

Overruns and underruns not to exceed the industry standard of 5% on quantities ordered shall constitute acceptable delivery. At Brand One, we bill for actual quantities printed. For example, if 100 shirts are ordered, it is possible that the final invoice quantity AFTER production could reflect a total of between 95 and 105 shirts, depending. This also applies to orders for promotional products.



Shipping time is not included in estimates and shipping time is also not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates. Instead, we will provide our customers with tracking information on their order and if they have any questions, they can contact the carrier associated with the tracking information. 


Garment Sorting:

An itemized list for each style, color and quantity of products is required for contract printing or any order being dropped off at our store. The product will be checked upon delivery with the stated quantities. Brand One cannot be responsible for garment shortages.


Misprint Allowance on Customer Provided Goods:


When printing on customer supplied garments, we require the industry standard of a 5% misprint allowance or a minimum of 1 shirt per design per garment color, whichever is greater, with no penalty to us. Percentages are based on quantity of imprints, not quantity of garments. We strongly recommend that you order extra garments in each size, style, and/or color in the event of misprints. Exact quantities are not guaranteed and are not available on rush orders. Brand One will not be held responsible for consequential damages such as profit loss on spoiled goods.


Misprint Allowance on Ordered Goods:


When printing on ordered garments from the manufacturer, we require the industry standard of a 2% misprint allowance or a minimum of 1 shirt per design, whichever is greater, with no penalty to us. Percentages are based on quantity of imprints, not quantity of garments. We strongly recommend that you order extra garments in each size, style, and/or color in the event of misprints. Exact quantities are not guaranteed and are not available on rush orders. Brand One will not be held responsible for consequential damages such as profit loss on spoiled goods.


Receiving your Order:

We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Brand One cannot be held responsible for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.


Damaged Goods:

If you believe that your order is not what was expected, please let us know. All custom orders are subject to evaluation on Brand One’s behalf. In addition, customers may re-ship us any item(s) that they believe to be damaged, free of charge. Upon arrival, our team will reimburse any shipping costs via a refund from the original paid invoice. This must be completed within 48 hours of the received order and all items are subject to Brand One’s final review of the “damaged goods”.


If indeed the order does have any blemishes, stray marks or misprints that exceeds our misprint allowance for ordered or provided goods, then these items will be reprinted and reshipped; free of charge (Expect 2-4 weeks for reprints). However, If for any reason we do not believe that there are any mistakes or blemishes caused by our team and it does not exceed our misprint allowance, then Brand One has the final judgment and will reship the items back to the customer, free of charge.


Order Cancellation:

In the event that an order needs to be canceled, refunds or returns of deposits will be based on the status of the order (Have the items already been ordered? Have any of the items been printed? Etc.) and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges. If over ⅓ of the items have already been printed, then an order cannot be canceled and Brand One is not responsible for any return of funds.


Color Fidelity on Split/Linked Prints:

Because of the split print process, you may notice some minor color variations between the split locations. Our heat curing system can affect the discharge-ability of a fabric, which can affect the appearance of the color of the second print, even when we use the exact same ink throughout the process. While we cannot guarantee an exact match for both print locations every time, we will absolutely try our best and hold ourselves to the same high quality standards we usually do.
